making a measured region a ROI

If I measure a region and then want to do measures inside that area, can I then make this area a ROI?

Hi Regina,

Yes, you can convert measurement outlines to ROI using Features Manager, but it's not necessary.
If you want to measure within existing measurement outlines, just select Preserve Existing Data and Use as outlines options.

In that case you will preserve parent-child relations between outlines and the inside objects.
