does image -pro premier work with oil emulsion droplets, I have tried but I couldn't used it proper

Hi Ali,

Premier can segment objects based on intensity differences or boundary visibility. None of these exists on your image. You can try to change illumination conditions, magnification or droplets concentration to make droplets boundary visible and reflections elliminated or reduced.
