Does anyone know the details of how Image Pro Plus (7.0) calculates the fractal dimension?

I think that it uses a method based on Box Counting, however, the calculation function in Image Pro plus does not allow to establish "box sizes"

    Here is the definition for the measurement in Image-Pro:

    "The fractal dimension is defined as the slope of the linear part of
    the function that relates the log of the outline length to the log of
    the stride length."

    The stride range is calculated automatically based on the outline length.
