My IPP 6.2 is not seeing my QImaging Camera.

Our system crashed an I replaced the computer with a Vista loaded drive. All software loaded and operates. My camera is an Q-Imaging camera tied to a Leica microscope. The camera video appears through the Q-Imaging software but not IPP software. I have updated the Q-imaging SW with the updates but have spent far to much time. I can not find anything in the manual to assist. Any takers?

Hello,

Have you installed the QImaging capture support into Image-Pro Plus? If not, here is a download link for latest version of the QImaging capture support. If it still doesn't work after installing, then there could be an issue with the older application version or using it with Vista, which is not a supported OS at this time.
