        <description><![CDATA[Hi,<br />I have an image pro license for 9.3 version. Recently had to reinstall windows in my PC. After installing the windows 11 in my PC I installed the 9.3 version software. Unfortunately while in the installation step I got this error.         <description><![CDATA[In my new job, I have Image-Pro Analyzer 6.3 to use for image analysis the problem is that, as I'm shifting to a new computer, I don't know where I can find calibration in the former computer to configure the Image-Pro Analyzer 6.3 in the new computer that's my first issue.<br />The second one is that, when I try to run some macros, some warning messages are displayed : <br />Error: ActiveX Automation : server could not be found<br />Instruction to user : " enter your Excel file localisation"<br />         Active X Automation : object var is nothing <br /><span>I don't understand what I can do to use Image-Pro Analyzer 6.3 as it was possible in the former computer, I know that this software is old but it's the one I have now to work.         <description><![CDATA[HI all, <br /><br />A while ago we purchased a group license for IPP 10. By now we still  used our two IPP9 licenses, since coding is interpreted differently (error handling) and then also CoVid came into our way. Now going to install an image server and wanted to know, if it is possible to use this hardware to run it as the license server. We bought a DS3617 XS Synology NAS (see here <a rel="nofollow" href="https://forums.mediacy.com/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&amp;target=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.synology.com%2Fde-de%2Fproducts%2FDS3617xs">https://www.synology.com/de-de/products/DS3617xs</a> ). This is meant for large data storage, but also somewhat special. Means e.g. it does not have a USB port. We can though run a virtual WS machine on it. I think our version is a USB dongled version, so would it be possible to run it without the dongle on this NAS? <br />Many thanks<br />Dan]]>

        <description><![CDATA[Hello<br /><br />I am currently trying to properly register/license my new IP 10 software. I went through the activation process online and got the confirmation email for my two unlocking codes. I downloaded my license files and transferred them on to a flash drive (the computer I am installing the software on is a standalone, so no internet). However, when prompted by the licensing wizard to either obtain license through dongle (which I do have) or by files (which I select), no files load in. What I mean by this is that I am able to find them by browsing and select them, but when the next page pops up to save and finish, it is blank. If I press finish, I just receive an error message saying no valid licenses were found. Is there a reason this is happening?<br /><br />Thanks!]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<div>2019-01-15-123346</div><div><br /></div><div>All --</div><div><br /></div><div>I have a customer with IMAGE-PRO 10.0 that has a problem with their</div><div><br /></div><div>    C:\Users\Owner\Documents\Image-Pro 10</div><div><br /></div><div>folder.</div><div><br /></div><div>It seems that WINDOWS or IP10 is deleting the FOLDER shown above or making a .BAK copy of the FOLDER.</div><div><br /></div><div>If the IT STAFF have the FOLDER above open with EXPLORER, then IP10 can shut down and restart and maintain its CALIBRATIONS through the RESTART.  If the IT STAFF do not have a the FOLDER above OPEN, then the FOLDER seems to DISAPPEAR or get copied into a .BAK version of the FOLDER that is not usable by IP10 when it starts so the CALIBRATIONS are lost.</div><div><br /></div><div>Is there any rhyme or reason to the design of IP10 that would cause this?</div><div><br /></div><div>To me it sounds like a WINDOWS POLICY EDITOR ISSUE.</div><div><br /></div><div>I hope there is an easy solution.</div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks.<br /></div><div><br /></div><div>-- Matt<br /></div><br />]]>
