Measurements Directly on ROIs

I am trying to trace 3 ROIs with the polygon selection tool on an image and get the area and perimeter of the 3 ROIs.  I cannot figure out an easy way to get the area and perimeter of the 3 ROIs. Can anyone help me with this?

    Hello,

    The easiest is to use the Features Manager (Selection tab) to convert the ROIs to Measurements (after adding the ROIs to the Features Manager, change their type using the drop down menu and apply them to the image). Then you can extract all the measurements you need using the standard measurement tools.

    You can get the manually drawn area directly. Just draw a polygon using Measurements tools, you can also use auto-trace there.

    Thanks.  I need to save the ROIs in the Features manager to apply to different images, so changing the type in the Features Manager seems like my best bet.  Thanks.
