Segementation and intensity measurement

Hi there,

I would like to know how to segment these white spots (objects shown by red arrows as attached herewith) from the background and measures their intensity  in two subsequent images at various time points automatically.

    Hi Sun,

    You can use "Edge Plus" and then "Ring Top Hat" filters to segment these spots. It is also possible to segment these spots directly using smart segmentation with custom recipe.
    The result looks like this:

    I've also attached the recipe.

    Hi Sun,

    You can find Edge Plus filter on the Large Filters page of 2D Filters and Ring Top Hat on Morpho page of 3D filters. There is also description in the help.
