Saving Options
Hi,
We've been having issues where our general file options will be reset when we open Image Pro Premier. Is there a way to save those settings to a file or (better yet) to save all of the settings in one location?
Also, there are instances when it takes a long time to open images or start Image Pro, but other times it's faster. If this is a network issue, is there a list of issues that we are likely running into?
Thank you for your support and quick replies.

Hi Kevin,
All general options are located in the file C:\Users\<<YOURLOGIN>>\AppData\Roaming\Media Cybernetics\Image-Pro Premier 64-bit\9.1.XXXX.XX\Resources\Identities\YOURLOGIN.idt
You can backup this file to preserve some particular configuration.
Startup time may depend on network speed as Premier checks for update. File loading can also be affected by network performance when you open files from remote drives.
