features table is disabled in measurements menu

Dear all, 
i open measurements menu and i always find the features menu locked or disabled like image below

how to solve such problem?

    Your measurement panel does look wrong, you should see a table with features, or at least an empty table.
    Have you tried reinstalling IPPlus?

    yes i tied many times with no change i even tried different system (win xp and win 7) and all the same
