Warning: Missing Protection Key. This is not a demonstration picture.

Hey,

when I open a few of my pictures in Image-Pro Plus, then I get the warning: Missing Protection Key. This is not a demonstration picture. But I have the key in form of an USB-Stick and it is working, because the red light is on.

Can you help me to make it working? Because after this warning, the program closes and I can start it new and this makes me really angry.

    It looks like a protection key/driver problem. Please contact technical support directly (techsupport@mediacy.com) and they should be able to troubleshoot the problem.
