Total colour within range quantified
Hi,
I'm new to using this program so please forgive the basic nature of the question. I would like to quantify the complete area covered by a colour range. I have previously used it to count individually stained cells. These are my current measurement settings that give me a readout of individual counted cells, what I currently need is the total area covered by these cells. Please let me know if what I am trying to do is not clear or if more information would be useful. Thanks, Chris

Hi Chris,
I see that you already have "Region: Area (Sum)" measurement in the Measurement Stats table. That measurement will give you the total area of all cells.
If you don't need individual cell measurements, you can remove the complete table "Measurements" from the Data Collector list and collect only stats (the table will be much smaller and data collection faster).
