How do I get a list of the raw data output?

I am trying to use the fiber thickness app, it is working well and I can get summary data including mean diameter, max diameter, stdev etc. I can manage to get the raw fiber diameter measurements to display on the image but I can't get this to output into a list or data table, let me know if you have any suggestions.

    The Fiber Thickness app collects the individual thickness measurements to the Measurement table (the default active table is Measurement Stats), you just need to activate the Measurements tab of the Data Collector table to see the measurements.
