Error code: Cannot create control

Install and uninstalled the software. 
unable to resolve this issue. Uncertain what caused this, any way to resolve? 

Unable to use smart segmentation due to this. threshold segmentation via manual is not reflecting anything as well. My application is for particle count.

    Please copy the error message information (Copy, Upper Right of dialog) and paste it here so I can see which control is failing to load.

    The error indicates that there is a corrupt setting in an Options file that is being loaded. This is controlled by "Identities" so I suspect there is a corrupt identity.

    To resolve the issue, please visit the following location on your C: Drive and delete the "Identities" folder. This will force Windows to create a new Identities folder for Image-Pro and (hopefully) resolve the corruption.

    C:\Users\<current user>\AppData\Roaming\Media Cybernetics\Image-Pro 64-bit\<highest version>\Resources\Identities

    NOTE: Identities manages the layout of Image-Pro. Doing this will reset Image-Pro to a new state so you will lose any customizations.
