Cell counting

Hi all,

I'm counting T- and B-cells in DAB-staining and would like some tips on how to get the program to find my cells. I've been trying to choose by color in Smart Segmentation but since only the membrane or parts of the membrane is stained, I often get multiple positive counts even if it's only one cell.
