forum password reset
Hi
I have had to create three new accounts using this forum. If I forget the password, hit the reset password and then go through the email reset password it does not seem to accept the new password. I have had to create new accounts so that I can ask questions, but I would prefer to have just one. What am I doing wrong.

We are not able to reproduce this issue. Please contact our technical support (http://support.mediacy.com/) with detailed information (errors etc...) if it happens again.
