Question about the difference of setting in 2D filter between Image-Pro Premier and Image-Pro 10

The setting in Image-Pro Premier9.3 as average processing of LR direction of image was as below.

「2Dfilter」-「large」-「low-pass」
　Length：9999
　Height：1
　Times：1

What condition is good to set same condition with Image-Pro Premier?

Please tell me about it.

    You can use the same settings in Image-Pro 10.The filters are the same.
