    Hi Specialists:
                    I met a strange issue. Generally, the remind of activation is popped up every time the Image Pro is started. However, it sometimes fails to pop up and the issue caused is the app can not operate normally. Does someone meet this before. Please give some advice. Thank you.

    Image-Pro is running on the trial license and you have 2 more days. If you purchased a permanent license please activate it now or contact Media Cybernetics for information.

                Thanks for your answer. Please forgive my failing to ask the question clearly. I am using trial license and the reminder like this dialog shows up every time IP10 is triggered. However, one day, it suddenly fails to pop up (it is still within 14 days trial). And the consequence is some functions in IP10 do not work normally, like App. So my question is the activation reminder does not show up and some functions in IP10 is not working properly. Thank you.

    The license activation dialog should not affect functionality of IP. There is another issue. Please, contact Media Cybernetics technical support.
