autoquant decon batch error

I am trying to perform autoquant decon using batch selection. However, whenever I do the batch decon, the error shows that x, y and z calibration must be greater than zero, although I set these values in the spatial calibration section. Running the decon on individual image still works.

I'm sorry you've run into an issue with the batch deconvolution. Using the data that you provided to my colleague, I looked into the issue, and found that there is indeed a bug when the images are basic TIFF stacks. We will address the issue in an upcoming patch. In the meantime, if you convert your data - or acquire it - into a format like OME TIFF, the batch should work properly.
