Having trouble with installation in windows 11

Hi,
I have an image pro license for 9.3 version. Recently had to reinstall windows in my PC. After installing the windows 11 in my PC I installed the 9.3 version software. Unfortunately while in the installation step I got this error. (Refer to the image attached). 
After using the physical dongle and starting the software I am getting the same error.
Can anyone help me with this issue please?

    Hi,
    I have figured out the problem. The issue was hardlock driver. I installed hardlock driver and it is working as it should, Thanks a lot anyways.
