How can run Batch processing for multiple subjects and with data extraction
My data is arranged in a study folder with subj folders of subjects. In each sub folder, there are 6 different images with different time points. I want to run batch process subject wise and for each subject analysis time point wise. For each image, there are 4 different ROI. I want to name ROI so that when I collect data, I see data ROI wise.

Hi Ruturaj,
Our Batch processing allows running a macro on images from multiple folders. In that case the same macro (LoopOn) is executed. If you want to process images differently or with different ROIs, that flexibility must be implemented in the macro.
Another approach is to convert your images with time points to Image Sets with Time dimension. You can use Import functionality to create such image sets. Then you can use Protocols to process all time points of the image set in one go. Protocols are more flexible and allows using ROIs if necessary.
Regards,
Yuri
