Size Guide Display Not Visible in AI Deep Learning Prediction

I am currently using the AI Deep Learning Prediction tool with a Cellpose model, and I encountered an issue where the Size Guide Display does not appear, even though the following conditions are met:

  • The "Visible" option under "Size Guide Display" is checked.

  • The Object Diameter has been set using the Estimate function and is within a reasonable range.

  • A valid image is loaded, and the Segmentation Channel is properly selected.

  • I have clicked "Count" to activate the prediction overlay.

  • I have tried restarting both the software and the computer, but the issue persists.

Despite these steps, the size guide (typically shown as a circle overlay on the image) is not visible. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or troubleshooting steps you could provide to help resolve this issue.

    Hi David,

    Did you see the size guide before? If yes, then something could get corrupted in the settings that persist the location of the guide. You can try resetting the options (File | Options | Reset)  to restore the location of the guide tn the default center.
