Couldn't see stage-pro UI?

Once a time the ipp shutdown when i using stage-pro. the XP OS also restart. There for i used stage-pro again. I couldn't see scope-pro UI after initial autostage. I had try to repair ipp. I had try to reinstall ipp. But both of then didn't solve the problem. How should I do?
