IP Plus does not recognize my camera

I have had this issue for over two weeks and the Tech help has pointed me towrds a solution, but I have yet to have the program "see" my camera, regardless of what the drivers are or how it is hooked up.  the computer sees it, but not IPP.....I need HELP!
