Overlay in live Image

We need to move/rotate the grid that can be selected as an overlay on the live image. Is it possible to find a solution. One solution might be a macro that can open a .ROI file and place this on the image.

The feature we need is a grid that has rectangels and not squares. The size / aspect ratio varies between our samples.
