Perimeter calibrated

Hi,

I can't find the way to obtain the measurement of the perimeter of an object. I only found the "perimeter uncalibrated". How can i have a perimeter in micrometers?

    Hi Luca,

    Just use Perimeter, Bounding Pixels or Perimeter, Bounding polygon - they report perimeter in calibrated units.
    (image must have proper spatial calibration)
