How can I take 1st derivative of line profile?

Hi,

I am working on radiographs. I want to take 1st derivate of line profile and compare it. I can't figure out what's the easiest way to do that on image pro premier.

    Hi Talha,
    Could you please explain how would you like to compare profile’s 1st derivate? On the graph? Are you interesting in the values? This information helps to develop an optimal solution.
    One of the solutions would be to export profile’s values into Excel and calculate 1st derivate.

    Hi Talha,

    You can see 1st derivative of the profile right in the profile view. Just activate Rising edge detector and show Weighted profile - green line on the attached screenshot.
