Finding the area of two colours in one picture
Was wondering if anyone would be able to help! Trying to work out the area of red stain compared to yellow stain in a few areas of interest. I have been using smart segregation but when it comes round to the count, it seems to get it wrong... For example, in the pictures attached, the count says the areas of the two colours are equal, when it is clearly obvious they are not. Help would be much appreciated! See files attached.

Hi Gavin,It's difficult to tell anything without the real image. Can you please save your image with segmentation results (after Count) to a TIF file and copy it to ftp.mediacy.com\incoming folder? Let me know the file name, so I can check it.Regards,Yuri0
