Segmenting and Counting Objects with Multiple ROIs

I am new to image pro-premier so apologies for this basic question. I have drawn multiple ROIs on an image. I want to use different threshold levels for different ROIs and also when i run count I want the data table to associate each feature with a particular ROI. I assume that is possible without having to write automation etc

    You have to do it step by step:

    1. Delete all Counted objects from image. Activate "Preserve existing data" option in the Measurement options panel, Count options group.

    2. Draw a ROI
    3. Set threshold and execute Count.

    4. Repeat steps 3-4 for all ROIs. Note that the image should have only one ROI at a time, so you should either delete old ROI or move it on step 2.

    The measurements will have different classes and name prefixes indicating the ROI they belong.
