Unable to access sentinel run-time enviroment (h0033)?
Dear Image-Pro Team!
I have a single-user offline license of the Image-Pro Premier vers. 9 on a Windows 8 maschine. Since a couple of weeks now I get from time to time the following error (please find a screenshot attached) when batch-processing. Since yesterday I cannot run any batch without the error that susequently causes the program to crash. I tried different USB ports for the dongle, I also changed the energy managment to never cut down supply to any USB port, it did not change a thing. The error only happens during batch processing. Did I miss an update of the Sentinel LDK? Do you have another suggestion?
Thanks for your help!

I checked Sentinel website and they have some recommendations to troubleshoot the problem: https://sentineldiscussion.safenet-inc.com/topic/unable-to-access-sentinel-hasp-run-time-environment-h0033 They mention that the error can be caused by different reasons, including firewall. If it started happening just a couple of weeks ago, it might be related to some windows/firewall updates on your system.
If the troubleshooting will not help, please contact MediaCy tech support.
