Save image with selected objects
Hi!
It seems like a simple question but I cannot find any solution:
I am measuring the diameter of anatomical features by using the "wand" tool in "measure" -> "count/size" and "draw/merge" objects. The objects are circled in green, which is great, and now I want to save this as a tiff or jpg file so that I can show other people exactly what I measured. Is there a way to do this?
Thanks in advance!
Stefan

Hi Stefan,
Just save the image to a TIM file. Measurement objects are saved by default.
Note that class information (color, name) is a part of measurement options (I file), so you will need it too if you want to check it on other computer.

Thanks Yuri!
But is there also a way to get this as an image file? I have to include this in a report as a figure to illustrate which structures I measured. Alternatively, I could do a simple screen shot... but the image quality isn't what I was hoping for.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Stefan,
There is "Quick save for publication" button on the first tab, which does exactly that. It burns in all overlays and saves the image in JPEG format.
