Related to General learning of Image Pro Premier

Hi, Can anybody  help me to learn different functionality of Image pro premier, as we are interested to measure variation in intensity on given ROI over time in images of retina ( a structure of human eye )  taken from laser retinal camera?  I am new in the field of image processing and currently working on this project.

    You can get these measurements using Intensity tracking tool (Measure tab, Tracking group).
    You just load Time sequence and draw areas where you want to measure intensity distribution. Intensity parameters will be measured on all time points and presented in the graph, histogram and tables. Various intensity parameters including Intensity Mean, Intensity Std.Dev. can be measured.

    If the areas of interest have different positions on every frame/time point, then you should use Object tracking and create Relative intensity track. I can provide more details if you will have to use this method.
