Live Tiling and EDF problems
Hi!
I have the same issue as someone mentioned on the forum before. Differences between the different tiles and blurred artefacts. Changed the alignment, defocusing and the blending parameters, but still have an image with blurred artefacts and distinct lines all over the image. My images are histopathology samples and it's quite necessary that I can get blurr-free images. Please see the attached image.

We recently updated IPP. What can I do in order to fix these artefacts?
Thanks!

Blurring can be caused by several reasons:
1. Image is out of focus
2. Stage was moving when tile was captured (motion blur)
3. Misalignment of overlapping tiles.
I can recommend the following:
1. Try to switch off Auto tiling, add tiles manually clicking the Add tile button when the stage is still.
2. Check focus before adding a tile, if the image is out of focus, adjust focus manually before adding a tile.

Yuri
Is there anything else I can do?
Thanks!
