channel seperation
Is there a way to preserve channel segregation for confocal stacks. I really like using the data collector, but I find I have to redefine the channels. How can I the channels segregate into DAPI, 488, 546 and 647? Can the channels be limited?

If you mean that you are doing 2 counts and want objects be identified, you can give different Class names before executing the Count, then just collect Class name to Data Collector.

Hi Yuri, I using the data collector to gather colocalization in each Z position, so it would be ideal if I could set-up my limits on the channel segregation

I don't understand what you mean under "channel segregation" and what limits you mean. If you are counting on different images you can use image name in Data Collector, if you count on the same image twice, then you can use Class name as I mentioned.
Can you give more details?0
