Parallel port
On my old computer we used the parallell port to control some UV shutters. With the upgrade to a new computer (with Windows 7) wa can no longer select any parallell ports in Port IO. We have selected parallell port shutters in Scope Pro config, and the ports are listed in device manager.
I have installed an extra PCIe parallell port just in case the problem was related to the HP computer, but the same result.
Any clues to fix this?

What shutters are you using?
Are you using 32 or 64 Bit Windows 7?
What version of Image Pro are you using?0 -
We are using the parallell port to an LED source. When line is On the LED is on.
We are using 64 bit windows 7.

Unfortunately, Port I-O does not work on 64-bit Windows 7 OSes.
You may be able to get it to work if you have Windows7 32-bit. Though it has not been tested on Windows 7, you may be able to run TVicHW32.exe (downloaded from the link below) to make the port(s) available in the drop-down (Again, on 32-it OS).
(PLEASE NOTE: This configuration is not supported and may not function on Windows 7 as it is legacy technology)TVicHW32.exe:: ftp://ftp.mediacy.com/tech/TVicHW32.exe
