Counts otolith app

Hello. I am having issues with the otollith app. Each measurement is now labelled with a flag and the word "empty" and is impairing my view of the counts in the image. How can I delete the flag and the word empty, I have tried all the options under gear but to no avail.

    On the Options page, set the name for the Minor Marks.
