Determination of luminescense intensity

Good night. My question is if I can calculate the luminescence intensity of a ROI from a jpeg picture using this program?

    Answer ✓
    You just draw the outline of the object you need to measure using Polygon tool on Measure tab (Direct group) and select Intensity (mean) measurement in the Types drop-down (Measurements group). The values will be reported in the data table.
