merging image J scripts

I have a segmentation script written in image J. Can I use this using the media cybernetics to segment the image and then run further analysis on my images

    ImageJ script cannot be used directly in Premier, you can either rewrite the script using Premier commands (you can just activate macro recording and do segmentation steps you would do in ImageJ) or run the script in ImageJ to segment the image and create binary mask. Then you can analyze the binary mask in Premier.
