I am working with a customer that has a camera marked

    LUMENERA INFINITY3-3URC

I have downloaded and installed the

    DOWNLOAD: INFINITY Driver Package v6.3.0 (12.7 MB)

at

    http://www.lumenera.com/support/downloads/downloader.php?file=infinity/INFINITYDriverPackagev6.3.0.exe

and the

   
    Lumenera Capture Interface 9 for Infinity 3-3URC
    For Image-Pro Insight and Image-Pro Premier 32 & 64-bit
    Version 9.1.0
    Released 11/6/2015

The MEDIA CY PAGE says

    Required Driver:
    Requires the INFINITY Driver Package 6.4.1 (or higher) from Lumenera.

but the software available via the LUMENERA SITE seems to be 6.3.0 and does not seem to be compatible.

How do I resolve this?

    Hi Matt,

    It appears the driver package on the Lumenera site has not been updated to the latest version. If you install Infinity Analyze and Capture v.6.5.2 which is higher up on that same page, that will install the latest system driver to work with the 3-3URC camera. I'll contact Lumenera about getting the driver package updated in the meantime.

        +
        IMAGING DEVICES
        +
        INFINITY3-3 USB 3.0 CAMERA
        +
        PROPERTIES

    the DRIVER TAB is showing

        DRIVER DATE = 2015-06-19
        DRIVER VERSION = 5.2.4.227
