Spatil calibration window not appearing

Hi. I have an issue with the spatial calibration option. When I click on calibration, options, spatial calibration options to calibrate my images the drop down menu does not appear. It is not hidden behind any other window that I can see. I also cannot open any calibrations I have saved not can I use the quick access icon. Please help ...have I somehow turned off this function?

The spatial calibtration options should show in the panel on the right side (by default). 
It could be hidden in a tab behind some other tabs. If you can't find it, try to reset panel layout: View tab | Tools | Reset tools layout.
