I would like to know how to do morphological segementation with image pro premier?
Hi there,
I am analyzing retinal images which are grey scale image taken by laser camera. Pixel values aren't changing much between background and object of interest. Hence, now I am looking for morphological segmentation which could help. Is there any way to do this with image pro premier?
Thanks
Best regards
Sunil

Hi Sunil,
If intensities are the same you may need some pre-processing (filters, operations,..) to make the features of interest look different from background. Premier also has Smart segmentation, which can build segmentation recipe based on the the learning stage (where you mark objects of interest and background).
