Sholl's Analysis
In Image J, there is a capability to run an analysis for measuring dendrites and detecting how they branch off a main branch that shoots out from the nucleus. Can this be done with this program?

Premier doesn't provide full dendrite analysis, what you can only do is to skeletonize the image and measure length of the dendrites.(using Vectorize count option).
