I am having trouble getting the dongle to respond now that I have upgraded my computer to Windows10. Any thoughts on what's going on?

Hi Regina,
The system driver for the dongle would need to be upgraded to support Windows 10. That latest version is at:

Please keep in mind that we do not officially support Windows 10, so you might run into issues that we would not be able to resolve at this time.
