Problem with saving object data to ROI

Hi all,

Within my macros I have a czi image, extract channels, make grey scale image and rotate it.

I have a step for delineation and I save the drawn ROIs to roi file, automated with the original filetitle.

So I have an imagefile.czi and a imagefile.roi with two saved polygons - all fine.

Then I want to measure, so I do the same (extract, grey scale etc), reload the ROI (no problem) and measure (no problem).

However, if I want to save the measurement to the roi file, I get the error message 'Object ref. not set to instance of an object' as soon as I touch the Add button in the Features Manager...

Any idea why?

What I can say is that it's not an issue of a write protection of ROI file (was my first suspect), since also if I delete all, the same error occurs.

    Hi Daniel,

    Could you please attach your files (image and roi) to the post. If they are big, you can use any file sharing tools, like dropbox, etc.
