App loading

I have been struggling with loading apps due to our overly oppressive firewall. When IT de-activates our Bit9 security software that prevented installation of the apps I am still unable to load the apps...either by opening a project already saved or be re-downloading. ImagePro tells me that the app is already loaded and if I choose to replace it I get a dll error. If I choose no...nothing happens. Is there a way to remove remnants of the apps completely and try downloading again? Or other suggestions? Thanks

    Hello,

    You can remove these apps in the Project Workbench, just right-click the project in Project Explorer and remove it. Then, close Premier to be sure to unload all the dlls, and re-add the apps in next session.
