Why are my images saving blue?

This is a recent occurrence that has happened on two different machines. I am taking large tiled and singular images using 9.1.4 build 5638, 64-bit, and a Leica DFC450C with Leica 1394 Capture Interface 9. When I save the image, I can only select  TIFF Image (.tif,.tiff, .btf) or Movie Sequence (.seq). I've also had issues where a basic image of a transmitted structure that is brown is getting converted to blue after saving (examples attached). I've tried reinstalling Premier and updating, but that doesn't seem to work. I was able to use Quick Save to Publication (which saved it as a .TIF), but that's not an optimal solution. I'm not sure if that is impacting any measurements, but I wanted to see if anyone else was having these issues and whether there was a solution.
