Hiya
I am having trouble getting the scale bar to initiate, but it has worked in the past. The only thing I have changed is getting the upgrade to use windows 10. Anyone else having trouble?

    Do you have this problem on some images or all of them? Can you try demo images? 
    If nothing works try to reset options (reset button in the Application Options dialog).
