Image-Pro Premier 9.0 not running on Windows 10

All of our computers have been auto upgraded to Windows 10 (department mandate) but now Image-Pro Premier 9.0 won't even open. I've tried running it in compatibility mode to no avail. Any suggestions?

Hi jgardn92,

The key drivers and run-time look ok.
IP Premier 9.0 is not supported product and I'm not sure if it even run on Win10. What is the message during startup?

Hi Nikita,
There is no message on startup. The program won't startup at all. I received an email from Technical Services and they said we will need to revert to Windows 7.

The software protection driver for Image-Pro Premier needs to be updated in order to run on Windows 10. You will be able to find the latest driver at http://sentinelcustomer.safenet-inc.com/DownloadNotice.aspx?dID=8589947119 .

Please, verify the key in Device Manager:

then open link http://localhost:1947/_int_/devices.html and verify if "local" key exists.
