Connection between APP PROPERTIES and PREMIER GUI . . .

There are several PROPERTIES available within the PREMIER WORKBENCH DESIGNER for an APP.

These are shown below on the UPPER LEFT SECTION .  I have put some easily traced values into these PROPERTIES as shown below in the UPPER RIGHT SECTION and LOWER SECTION.

How can the field shown as HELP in the POP UP that appears when the CURSOR is hovered over the APP BUTTON be set?

Can these values be set within the CODE for the APP?
