User Interface not rendering correctly

My computer recently upgraded itself to Windows (10.1?) version 1607.  Up to this point, Image-Pro 9.1.4 behaved normally.  When I open it now, the opening screens are normal.  But when I go to open an image, the interface seems to resize to a smaller window, and after the file is open, the interface goes back to normal size, but the menu options are abbreviated (icon but no writing) and the buttons (Like "OK" and "Cancel") are blank.  Any ideas on how to fix this?  I know that there is a more recent version available (I have some validation issues on my end) and that Image-Pro Premier is not certified for Windows 10.  Thanks!

    Looks like I answered my own question.  After rolling back Windows to the previous build, the problem was resolved
