How do you skeletonize on Image Pro Premier and then define the length of chain

Hi,
I need to skeletonize on image pro premier, and define the length of the chain to look at alveoli in the lung.

    You can use Premier's tools and filters to skeletonize your image (Thinning, Prunning filters). Then you can use Count with Vectorize mode:

    It will generate Line:Length measurements for every branch, the Sum value will give you the total length.
